I got balayage hair color done in shade 12.3. the color came out beautifully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very professional, sweet, and friendly. My appointment was fixed at a short notice and that was too late in the evening, thanks to the cooperative and accomodating owner of the salon. The service was very good and I recommend this place for all beauty services. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very skeptical while I was searching salons and make-up artist for my pre bridal as well as bridal services. But Monsoon proved to be the right choice. The salon is very clean and well maintained. Overall ambiance is very nice.
I had my pre bridal services, engagement make-up and bridal make-up done at Monsoon. The staff was very polite and friendly. I loved the experience during my bridal services.
Mr Aman (Manager) was very cooperative, polite and friendly. Ms Bina (make-up artist) did my makeup on both engagement and my wedding day. I got a lot of compliments on both the events. She was superb, very helpful and friendly (special thanks to her). Mr Dashrath did my manicure and pedicure and was very cooperative. Mr Adil and Mr Anik (both hairstylists) were great. I have very thin hair with which they did excellent work. They were damn good at their job.
The whole experience was great. Totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am a regular customer of Geetanjali salon(which is next door) but I was always intrigued by what Monsoon Salon might offer. So decided to try this. Worst decision ever!
Not only Amit is arrogant & did a terrible job, but also he does not have basic customer service manners. Avoid this salon!

The ambience is elegant and staff is experienced.
They have pulled me in forever because the staff to my surprise is absolutely aware about texture of an individual’s skin and great at providing recommendations. They offered product and services that suited me well.

I had never imagine a hair cut and saloon service can go so traumatic, just one day before our flight to london they ruined my husband's hair. Our whole europe trip is ruined because of one hairstylist named Rahim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Monsoon a couple of times for hair spa and pedicure. The experience so far was good until yesterday!
I booked an appointment for hair color & haircut. Another employee with whom I did my earlier sessions recommended Mr. Gulab- hence I asked for him.
To start with, Mr. Gulaab asked me for my color preference and then left for sometime. Later he came back and started insisting that I choose some other color- coz, according to him the one i chose was not good.
I decided to stick to my earlier choice- coz that is the only shade I have been using for a long time now. Post this disagreement, Mr Gulaab started acting weird and rude. He did my haircut which was nothing special and during the haircut session also- when i asked something, he responded in a very impolite manner. Neither did they condition my hair nor did they put serum before/ after the heat treatment!
Once the haircut activity was done- he vanished for a good 15-20 minutes. I walked down to the receptionist and asked if there was any issue and why was the delay? It was already 7.25pm and they close at 8! She made some lame excuse about this and asked me to wait.
At 7.30pm, when Mr. Gulaab reappeared- he started mixing some random shades (he used the tube numbered as 5, and I had asked for 4.56) to prepare for my color! I was shocked to see this and asked him why is this happening! Again, he got agitated and said- this is how it has to be and all. It was such a pathetic feeling to have a hairdresser standing next to you - whom you cant even trust!
Finally Mr. Gulaab confessed that he doesn't have the shade I want- and hence the delay and drama. Someone had been assigned to buy and bring the color BUT that person had not returned yet!
Instantly I had to terminate my session, paid for the blunt-haircut and walk out of the salon.
I regret buying their membership now, as their staff (receptionist and the stylist- Mr Gulaab) are unethical & untrustworthy. It was a tough evening and I am definitely not going their for any other service ever again!
