★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what it used to be. Have been their customer for over 6years and have seen their service, attitude and quality deteriorate. More so in last 8 - 12 months. All my last 3 visits have been a disaster. Starting with getting my ear cut with their trimmer coz their trimmer comb had one key missing. There was no dettol or savalon or band aid. I decided not to visit again but due to certain circumstances made another visit on 18th Feb.
... well well .. in last 6 months they haven't changed the trimmer comb and still continues to use it. Owner is like I can not change just the comb as it comes with the new machine. So, for few hundreds he is playing with the ears of many thousands (Attitude !) . Next the barber messed up a simple hair cut by cutting extra hairs and as aresult I had to get zero machine all over !! To which owner is casual and says "communication gap hoga !!)
I swear of never going again and advice to all - Visit on your own risk !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is completely untrained. I went there to get my eyebrow threading done. The "beautician" shaved off 1/4th of an inch from the length of my left eyebrow and kept telling me that my eyebrows are uneven in length. When I opened my eyes to check her work, I had the shock of my life. And the worst part of all this is that she never accepted her mistake. I wish I could give them a negative star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer so far. Even last year they had good safety & hygiene protocols in place. However, the place has deteriorated now. Staff isnt sanitising or wearing masks (except a few who were wearing them on their chins). My waxing booth was opened up by another staff member who wasnt on duty twice just to chit chat with the lady who was waxing me. They werent wearing masks either. On top of it, the entire parlour smelled of dhoop & there was smoke in the room from it.
Overall, poor experience. Rather go for home services since they arent taking any precautions at the parlour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic nail art services. The nail art guy has no knowledge of doing his work. Plus the nail paint started coming off by day 4. He charged me ₹700 for a nail art which my 5 year old kid could have also done.
