★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Looks salon I've been to, the barber was confused as to how to cut my hair, I have normal straight hair, not curly, not anything else. The barber managed to mess that up too. I had to go to a different salon to get my hair done properly. To top that, there's this receptionist who thinks she's some supermodel (she's far from it) and check you out to see if you are wearing clothes suitable for their establishment. Girl, you are a receptionist, not the owner, so act like one. I wouldn't even accept this rude behaviour from the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team work among those that gave personalized service. Hygienic conditions and good care by every individual. The place was buzzing with activity at 3.00 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Had haircut and basic pedicure. Totally satisfied. Dandruff treatment for another family member was well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No value for money. We just wanted Haircut and their price was too much. The staff was not courteous at all. Staff was rude to my son and did not listen to his request at all
I can have haircut in any other salon but will nit visit this ever in future. We should ve boycotting salons like this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer of Looks in Sec -5 Dwarka. But time and again I have ended up paying extra than the actual services that I ask for.
Today I went in for a haircut, which required a hair wash first. Once the stylist finished the cut and styling, I asked him if he can use a straightening machine for my front 1inch of the hair.
He ended up using it a bit more than that.
At any point till now I was not told that the hair wash or the slight use of straightening Machine would be charged separately.
In any good salon, hair wash and styling service is always inclusive in the Haircut!
However, once I reach the billing counter, I am told that I have to pay extra for the hair wash as well as the styling because a straightening machine was used.
It is the most ridiculous way of making money!
The best part is, it's not happened with me for the first time. It's a regular practice at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular customer for almost 4 years now and everytime I visit the service keeps getting worse. I've been a regular customer not because of "Looks" but because I've been getting my haircut from the same person which is the only reason I visit this place.
This time I booked a slot to which they said it'll take 30 minutes for the hairdresser to get free to which I agreed and I adjusted, after reaching the place they told me it's going to take 1 more hour for him to get free. What kind of awful management is this? Not one call not one message from the management to notify a customer, they absolutely don't care if a person is coming from far away just to get their service, adjusting to their time, they still have the audacity to tell you to wait for 1 hour. Highly disappointed especially with the management and receptionist.
This is how you lose on your regular customers. Not that they care because if they did they'd be working on making their service better which I don't think is going to get better anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friends had suggested me to visit Looks because his experience was great. So I visit the salon on his recommendation and I was not disappointed with their services. They were just so energetic and so pleased to see us- they saw the quality of my hair and recommend the best treatment for my hair. The results were superb. I was so pleased to be there, it was just go great to see how well coordinated the team is and how enthusiastic they all are to see their customers. while I was waiting for my hair treatment; they served me coffee and some Juices with munching snacks. My whole experience was just great and would recommend everyone to visit Looks.
Thank you so much Looks and Mr. Moosa (The Hair Dresser) Because of him I got the good Experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It follows the same working fashion as any other looks saloon do. Services are costly which proportionate to the ambience given to visitors. Skill set is good but you can get your choice work only when you intervene & guide them. Else they'll follow the best way to reduce their working time.
