★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited the salon for kid hair cut and found the staff very rude and full of attitude. Despite paying so much for the service, I completely disliked the customer service. Very unlikely to visit this salon again.
Please improve the way your staff communicate with customers. They are paying you exbortiant price not to get in return such pathetic service.

Got smoothening and keratin done followed by hair colour which was a task because I have natural curls, chemically treated hair to add on my hair is rough. But thanks to Tanya, Amit & Karan for understanding what I need to being super cautious of what product for how much time will give the best n safe results. I was tired sitting but everyone from the assistants to the managers to the people treating my hair were so patient and ensured I felt well taken care of. Loving the new look ❤️❤️
