I took celebrity makeup service which was done by Saif and Sheetal. They both were amazing in their job, got so many complements. You both made my day. Keep up the excellent service!!

I have been a regular at this salon and have never had complaints. Veer is the best guy to go to when it comes to nails. Also love the pedicure and hair services from Sushil and Gaurav. Karishma at the reception is always warm and hospitable. Highly recommend this salon.

Visit 1 - Broke my nail when I went for Nail extension removal. I ran as fast as I could. Visit 2 - Went again for a haircut. Superb service. My haircut was done by Aman, he consulted me on my requirment and made sure I was happy with the end product !!

Extreme Worst Service & Very Bad Experience from Geetanjali Salon, Club Road, West Punjabi Bagh. My sister went there for getting her waxing done on 29.04.2022 and was attended by there staff named - Ms. Diksha & Ms. Monica which were under supervision of 3 Managers (as told to me by themselves - that we all three are managers here) named Ms. Chanchal Soni, Ms. Karishma and Mr. Sankalp. In the process of waxing being done on my sister by Diksha, she BURNED a quite big patch of skin and told my sister that it just a small red patch and will be gone by just applying oil in a day max. Then Diksha went to call Monica, and narrated her whole thing and Monica noticed that her colleague was putting oil on skin before doing waxing.Instead of informing client,Monica completed the waxing and was covering the mistake of Diksha. Such an inhuman people. Are they trained staff?My sister felt very painful and was shivering with pain for more than an hour but they didn’t stopped. After all done from there side, they went and called Ms. Karishma (Manager) from reception and Karishma assured that It will be back to normal in a day or two and she admitted that its the mistake of there staff and felt very sorry for it. But no one called my sister any day to follow up and ask for skin recovery. On 1st May, 2022 evening my sister started crying in pain as that skin patch converted to black color and felt like a plastic sheet has been melted on human skin. Around 6.30-7.00 pm same day, I went to Salon to talk with manager and both Diksha & Monica . Then there I met Ms. Chanchal Soni (2nd Manager ) who took me to a room in back of salon with both staff, I narrated her whole story in front of Diksha & Monica and they admitted that this mistake has been done from there side and they informed Ms Karishma (Manager) already. Karishma didn’t updated Ms. Chanchal about all this as she was totally unaware about this painful incident until I went and narrated the same. I asked Chanchal to provide me a solution for this but instead reply politely, she started shouting on me and started arguing and was being cunning. After all this drama from Ms Chancal, she took her phone, made few calls saying I am calling My Madam in Head Office at Green Park to discuss. My husband asked to provide name of person to whom you were talking in HO - but they refused the same that we cannot provide you anything as per company policy. Neither any number, name or etc. and told to follow up with us in landline only. After some heated discussions, Karishma came from now where and asked Diksha and Monica to give a resignation on immediate basis. The salon didn’t had a blank A4 sheet to get a formal resignation letter made or signed instead they took a register and get them signed on back page. ( having a photo and video proof of all this). Ms. chanchal Soni is such a UnProfessional Manager.Honestly, she has no pain for female who is suffering. She is a total drama and inhuman. I still didn’t get any action towards their staff. When we can spend so much money on this kind of luxurious parlours / salons then we need a trained staff and hygiene. Moreover, I clearly mentioned to them i don't want any money from you for the treatment of my sister. But I need only justice. How could you be so inhuman with your clients? Need some strict action towards their staff and employees. In these photos you can see the mangers and staff. In a rough register they are resigning. This is called Professionalism. And Ms. Chanchal (Manager) is on the phone.Really inhuman lady. Highly not recommendable this salon. PS: they request customers to give feedback on google and mention their names. Specially Ms Karishma ask this to clients.
