★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken the laser package and Ms Simran is excellent. I am so scared of the pain, but she did sensitive areas painless, if a person like me is saying then its actually painless. She is a magician. Ms Poonam treated us tell, and delivers whatever she promised. I will recommned laser from hair.

I have super short hair but still he somehow comes up with something new for me. In fact, I got my bridal makeup done by him only and I was praised by everyone! Great job Imraan :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I started going to this particular outlet, I've refused to see any other hairstylist ever. Emraan in particular is so talented that I save my haircuts for my annual visits to Delhi from Bangalore. He always takes time and care to tend to my hair and leaves me speechless at his flawless haircuts. 10/10 recommend for haircare, and colour. My friend's entire family visits here for all their salon needs, and I personally vouch for them. Really, really impressed with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessioal management and center. Rather than providing services to their clients they will sit and gossip and block their appointment calendar saying that they have no appointments. There was no option to give 0 stars if possible I would have given that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience with VLCC never thought the experience with such a brand can be so worst. The reception person is not at all interested in taking your query. They don’t even update if your appointment is cancelled for particular service from their end due to shortage of employees. I was the one taking follow up always also, even after making prior appointment they keep you wait for half an hour atleast. They don’t care.
