★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time when I went there long time back it was a bad mistake. Second time I repeated my mistake by going there again and this time it was worse. Went their for hair cut for some new look. I asked stylist what the best can you give to my shoulder length hair. He simply said he can refresh the same cut as nothing else can be done. I myself suggested him give atleast steps but he refused, seems he didn't want to do his job properly may be he was tired. And he just gave a kind of trim for which I paid 700 bucks which was not worth. Nobody even asked for a water. Money is not a problem but customer should be satisfied. I always go to Affinity, there the stylist gives you suggestions and give satisfying service. Same I even go to Sylvie's she is an awesome. Service is too good.
Geetanjali green park and Shivalik services are too good but this one is :-(. Not worth. Very Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair color and keratin done by Shanu and he was amazing. I felt so comfortable there . The salon was so hygienic and the staff was so polite and humble. I love the services and the ambience ... Hope to visit soon again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used expired innova product on my hair and the guy Parvez who did it admitted as there was no color after the head wash and i had to get it done again
The people out there are totally u experience and unprofessional weather its the front desk manager who has no idea how much time the treatment would take and takes multiple appointments
I have seen one person doing hair spa to two people simultaneously so u can inagine the kind service u will get when u go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got highlights and keratin done by Parvez. He did an excellent job. I was extremely satisfied with the results. Apart from the results, the professionalism and the quality of the service was outstanding. It’s a must visit!

These people deny to book an appointment for threading & claim that you’ll be provided with the service on walk-in however when I visited the salon they straight away denied that nobody is available. No etiquettes of how to deal with a client who is visitng the salon since the day it has opened and is a regular visitor. They should either take appointments or increase their staff so that the service can be provided. This same scenario has happened with me 5-6 times. Highly disappointed.
