★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, I went for smoothing ,they have ruined my hair ..when I raised my concern to Mallika she told me that I don’t have knowledge..and when I went for wash she misbehaved with me in front of around 15 people and talked in a very rude tone …when I told her to share the number of owner she told me that I am the owner here and can’t share anyone’s number .
I thought Geetanjali’s are professional people so went there for the services but this episode has hurted me and also my hair burnt and these people did not ever bothered .This is the worst experience I have got

The products used were of cheap quality, the make up artist did not know make up at all, my make up was smudged within 2 hours and that too in winters. The hair was poorly styled, curls got open in the salon itself. Wasted my time and money here. Would recommend any other Geetanjali but not this centre.

The quality received at Geetanjali was exquisite and VFM. Special shout out to stylish Ravish, his work has been incredibly amazing.
You've earned a customer for you Brand, well done ravish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have curly hairs. I asked them before that are they aware of hair spa for curly hairs and they said yes. But actually they dont. They suggested me for foam-treatment, I went with it. Then they used blow-dryer to dry my hairs, i told them not to do so, but they were not aware of the reason and did so. Then they straightened my hairs and said its done. I called them up next day to inform of this service, but then there was no help from their side. My husband went for hairs and beard trimming. We feel that the service they provide is not even worth a penny. In the name of geetanjali, they are providing low-class service. People with curly and wavy hairs, never even think of going to this place. They call curly hairs as unmanaged hairs.
