Staff is unprofessional. when I visited first time for bike they didn't even bother what you are looking for... forget about asking customer to sit.. I had to purchased a bike anyhow so I asked him to show bike ?. But sales person was not friendly...
Did not even asked for water...
I bought the book in cash..
At the time of delivery not even given demo.. I had to asked him everything. They didn't had dummy key to click a picture..
If you want purchase bike do not expect anything apart from bike...

β β β β β As usual very pathetic service & this time you just crossed the limit. I had issues in changing gears on my NS200. Their rep. Dagde took my bike for testing & came after 45 mins. They said clutch plate has to be replaced. Another rep. Moin said sweet things & tricked me into changing clutch plate. It took 3 days & Rs 3000 for this & after that when I tested it, the firing had completely changed. Engine was sounding like helicopter. I asked them to check & they were unable to fix it. They said it will take another Rs 4000 to open the engine & check. I complained to their workshop manager Mujawar who too denied taking responsibility for the issue. Not just that, there were some exposed electrical wires near engine box which I had asked them to cover. They just said they don't have insulation tape in stock & went away. Five years back from the day of delivering the bike to this day, they had never ever done a job which can be appreciated. There is no stop to this scam.

Staff is very supportive.
I purchased Pulsar RS200 for cash from here.
But nothing received as a gift or offer, it was disappointing.

β β β β β This sales and service center is very good place to purchase Bajaj vehicles and service them all under one roof. People there are polite and professional. Also the service center will be open on Sundays too which a very good news for many people who are a bit free on Sunday.

β β β β β Horrible staff experience.
I visited service center 2nd January 2022. I went to service center for servicing my Pulsar RS200. At first, the guy who is inspecting my bike taken half an hour checkup ride. After that he started suggesting me part changes . Like my handle was it loose, hence we need to change entire unit/assembly and it is not possible to repair it which will cost around 2000-3000. So I took my bike to local garage and he fixed it in 20 rupees.
This is not the first time I got bad experience for this center. The manager is good person, but other than him specially the inspecting guy is too much rude.
Hence Not recommended to any owner to take his bike to this center.
And the one who is responding to this post, kindly first check your records for my visit and then update your response for same.

β β β β β Location is near to highway, you can easily reach. Good things is that it is open on Sunday also, so no worry about if you have only Sunday in your hand, staff is good, they have adequate knowledge, almost all parts available here. Only one things not like in Bajaja service centre is that they charging every single part replacement/changes. Labour charges takes almost 50% of total cost, else service centre is okay.
