β β β β β She is the most rude doctor I have ever met, she has lot of ego if u ask her questions she becomes angry. Although I have delivered there but it was my biggest mistake. Sisters treated me very bad they use to scold if we made room unclean as if we are not paying. Doctor mood depends normal or c sec.

β β β β β She is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. The most horrible, mannerless, egoistic doctor. She doesn't deserve to be a doctor or her hospital shouldn't exist. She gets angry if you ask her questions. Doesn't have ANY respect for the patient. Please do not visit her. I shouldn't be giving her even a 1 star.

β β β β β To be a mother is the best thing that happens to a women ...but the journey of motherhood is not easy but Dr. Charulata Bapaye not only made my journey easy but beautiful also.. I got delivered recently at GEMS Hospital and I must say the entire staff & the doctors over there treated me very nicely & were very cooperative.
A big thank u to Dr. Charulata and the staff.?

β β β β β I am 9 months pregnant and since there were minor issues, i visited Dr. Charulata for second opinion seeing the good ratings in google. But i had the most horrible experience of my life. I cant imagine a doctor saying "gross" looking at a baby bump. I have put on 15kgs and not all body are same, every mom to be wants her baby to be absolutely fine and she will do everything to make sure that nothing at all goes wrong, if i have gained weight does not mean i have done it intentionally. But she was extremely rude about it and kept telling me that my and baby's weight, both are abnormal. I have no idea how does a doctor talks to a patient like this, making her feel completely low, useless and stressed. I will never ever suggest her name to anyone, she has absolutely no code of conduct and i dout if she has any skill. If i could give her no star that would have been better because she deserves none.

β β β β β If you are planning for the baby, Gems Hospital and Endoscopic centre is the correct place to visit for consulting. My experience with Dr. Charulata Bapaye is beyond words! She is the best doctor that every girl needs when she wants to have a baby! She is so loving and caring. She guides the patients correctly, and provide the best possible treatment. The rule here in Gems is never compromise on health and quality of treatment of the patients. You immediately get the positive vibes of the place and surroundings. When Charu mam comfort you with her everlasting big smile half the tension goes away and you feel like everything will be fine. I can do this. With the help of knowledgeable staff and the treatment, the process of giving birth becomes a bliss! After my baby is born I will miss going to the hospital! It is the best place for a would be mother to be. My best wishes to the hospital, Charu mam and the entire staff! :) Keep spreading happiness! :)

β β β β β One of the best decision of my life , I met Dr.Charu mam. We were trying for pregnancy since long tried 2/3 doctor's treatment but was no luck. We were not having any medical issues all reports were normal. I met Dr.Charu and tried her treatment only 1-2 months and my pregnancy report were positive. She is so soft spoken and happy doctor I ever met. Always smiley and even if she says something it's for my health as we never care our self. My delivery was complicated and emergency delivery in 7th month of pregnancy but she took very correct decision as we were trusting her 200%. I blessed with baby girl and she is one year now. Dr.charu will always our savior and our life giver. I will always thankful for her lifetime to gift me my baby. I surely recommend her name for her amazing caring behavior and her best medical treatment. Her Gems hospital staff is one of the best and they took care of me in my bad condition very well. I will always be Thankful to her and whole staff.

β β β β β Dr. Charulata Bapaye is an excellent doctor. I had multiple fibroids and peri- menopausal issues and had been struggling to deal with it for a long time. After I met Dr. Bapaye recently, she gave me the confidence to go in for a hysterectomy as that was was the most viable option. The surgery was complicated but successful and Dr. Bapaye and the GEMS Hospital staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the recovery process. I will highly recommend her.
Thank you Dr. Bapaye for giving me a new lease of life!

Charulata mam is very polite, understanding and cooperative.She listens to our questions and queries with patience.She makes us feel very comfortable. She is full of positivity.The ambience is also positive and happy other Doctors and staff members are also very helpful. I really got a very good result by the treatment given by mam and the other doctors.Really grateful to them.I would really recommend Gems hospital to everyone!!
