★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought it was very high priced. We were looking for genuine ruby and one day they said it is 40000 rupees per carat, next day they said the same one as 60000 rupees per carat. They just make up the price of their free will. When we asked where the ruby is from, one person said it is from Burma one person said it is from other place, when we asked to see the certificate, they cannot show it. Their jewelry are pretty, but the prices are way out of league. I bought a rough cut ruby beaded necklace and asked them to make a earring of the same. So I went next day to get the earring and necklace, the earring was disgusting looking the smallest bead possible. When I said it does not look good, the guy named rahul said that I am paying very cheap price. Their attitude did not seem good. I paid 52000ruppes for that beaded necklace and earring. When I went to RTDC, the government center, the price was around 22000 rupees. I have totally overpaid and never going back to gem paradise, nor will recommend it.

Gems paradise is very flexible and create jewelry for you just as you design it. It's like having a custom made creation that is unique. They have great follow up, are very polite and good to work with and develop a family like relationship. All my pieces that I have bought from them over the years are one of a kind and make me very happy to wear them. Obviously they are complimented over and over. Royal is one way to describe Gems Paradise and Rajeshji's team
