★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given them 5 stars for the selection of essentials especially during the lockdown... However I've taken way 1 star for the fact that inspite of having staff around they're absolutely lost. Most of the times I got the impression that barring one or two people... Most of them were looking zombified. I saw countless blank faces and vacant stares. The ones who do attend to you need to be reminded that they've got customers waiting around before jumping to a random customer who appeared obviously out of nowhere.

Best and I think biggest medical in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is lethargic, unresponsive and non cooperating. It seems the workers are not kept happy or paid low wages because of which they are least interested in customers. The store should do a check up of itself in terms of customer satisfaction and then sell medicines to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the store is good. It's a medical + general grocery store. They have 6 billing counters out of which they have dedicated 3 counters exclusive for medicines. The rest of the counters are for both. Being a regular grocery customer i find it hard when they don't have exclusive grocery billing counters. Once a customer comes to the counter to buy medicine the counter person takes time to bring the medicine, punch the bill and take money. Today I requested the owner to have at least 2 exclusive counter for only grocery out of 6. For which he just tried proving me wrong and telling that u have to wait I cannot change any thing. I really find it weird and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst staff and customer service. Staffs working at this store are pathetic. Only one old uncle is good rest all the young guys are absolutely wasted. Owner of the store should pay attention to it or else will losse customers being such a nice store.

We literally have to wait for 30 to 40 mins to buy one stuff.Nobody cares to attend you,from among 5 counters u hardly see 2 staff working,rest staff keeps on running here and there n busy storing stocks.Total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour of employee. They didn't have any follow up of the system. customer satisfaction should be the most important part of there work but here Its doesn't work. While on call also they don't speak? well to the customer. From the 3 months they wouldn't able to provide me one products in spite of telling to long they answered me.. The production of product is stop from the company of manufacturing.. Which same product Amazon nd flipkart brand has been saleing.. Such a poor service that I been face.
