Upon calling center, they said talk to the guy.
I doubt their professionalism and thus the test reports. Might be similar to other RTPCR testing scams going on. Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake results are provided by this lab. After sending sample they didn't analyse it and later continuous followup took three days for results. Don't know report analysed or not, and provided positive result. This test was done for travel purpose of my family member and already vaccinated with covaxin, we were shocked to get this kind of result. Due to this we missed to travel and fall in loss. As to verify again, we again did the RTPCR test and result found positive. Worst experience with this lab. Govt should properly Audit this lab and take action.
