Very good company in terms of work and salary but leave policy is worst. They differentiate leave policy between Genpact India and Genpact Headstrong.

I joined very recently so it is so early to give rating. But over all it's a good company and flexible timings for employees.

Had been here for an interview with an interviewer who wasnt informed about the interview?! Well, complicated.. I was well prepared for the interview.. but when I called the concerned interviewer (number shared by the recruiter to me just 2mins before my interview)he wasn't aware and told me I will call you after an hour (which never happened till date) ? Since I traveled too long to the venue, nature called me and I was in search of a restroom. The receptionist showed me the restroom but I just saw the door had a male picture and visitor toilet written on it. I started Searching where the female sign was near to this door but couldn't find any. Then suddenly a guard tells me "male and female is here only madam." There was someone inside and I had to wait almost 45mins. A female cleaner came out from the restroom. I entered only to find out that it was a unisex restroom with a commode and a male urinary basin. There was a huge dustbin full of dirty tissues( could see pee and urine) and sanitary pads. I was shocked to see such a disgusting sight of a mix in front of me! After I came out of the restroom I saw that water filter is absent in the office and the office is so poor that they get water cans. sad scene was that the cans were placed just few steps ahead of the restroom. Yuck! After much of a wait, a lady came in search of me (she wasn't the one who was supposed to interview me). This lady who interviewed me was more worried and interested to know about my personal life. Who I'm married to.. our love story.. when I'm planning for a baby etc etc. Though I was the candidate who had all the required experience for the post, she was least interested to ask about my professional life story instead she was only bothered bout my personal life. Firstly, learn what sign has to be imprinted on a door which is unisex one. Secondly, a unisex restroom doesn't require a separate male urinal section. Even a one star hotel knows this. Thirdly, please advice the people who want to take interviews to go through a training of what should be asked and not. If personal life is more interesting please do it through phone only. Physical presence isn't required. Fourthly, please make sure you use water filters.. it hardly costs 10k. And make sure they are placed far from these kind of disgusting restrooms. Fifthly, don't make a candidate wait. We have come here to make our life better. We want to be a part of you. If you treat us like your unaware that you are supposed to interview us, then isn't it a waste for all efforts we do to get through the interview?? It's was a total waste of time. When you get a call from here make sure you inform the recruiter, if you want to gossip then please do it on call.. don't go to the office to see disgusting sights and take the trouble to reach there! Thank you and please improve your workplace and then search for candidates to increase your work base!

Interview - A day wasted here ! I was there for attending an Interview and it was a unpleasant day. Firstly they don't follow/have any process on how to conduct a Walk-In/Drive. They collect resumes in random with out knowing who came first and last! No good wash room facilities(One common wash room for Both Gents and Ladies) which is very awful. Finally I was called for Round 1(tech) and it was a telephonic round(45 Min) which went fine for me, they told I had cleared the Round-1 and will be having next round of telephonic in next 2 days! mmmm !! It's been more than a moth now and they is no update regarding the next round. when ever I call HR and ask for the update, I hear this 'NO PANEL AVAILABLE FOR NEXT ROUND AND WILL SEHEDULE ONCE THE PANEL IS AVAILABLE'
