★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic.customer service. The executive is using slang to the customer. Where we don't get proper network coverage on Vodafone. Despite of many complaints. The issue is not been fixed . Rather executive using slang to Cstomer for bill payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office space is not designed keeping in mind the requirement of employees ,rather just a kind of makeshift or last minute arrangement. The building that houses the office is inefficient and does not allow stair acces and feela cramped whenever you enter the campus

Suggest to choose 2G service because, if upgrade and traveling we will loose many hours to get connected and to do some online jobs.
Pathetic connectivity in most areas.
They may have n number of towers. Must be useful to customers.
We are always not able to keep in the tower area.
If possible upgrade aap with next tower location, so we can arrange online works so good. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am working here since 3 years and 5 months as Internal network engineer. VSSI is just fantastic company with well managed infrastructure and Administration. Very nice work environment . No pressure on work. Women safety. The Admin facilitation is just awesome. Well transport facility with strict rules for safety of employees. Fun activities every Friday lot more. Indoor game facility like carrom, Snooker and Table tennis. If joined definitely will enjoy with good salary and facility as well.
