Once you subscribe to their service they keep their phone switched off .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless internet provider. After sales service is so bad. They won't ever give you proper response and will say that the technician will come and solve the problem but he never ever appears. If you have a option please don't buy any plans from this isp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 3 years of service i have got so much problem of wifi that i have just asked them to completely disconnect my wifi. Others, Please look for other options for wifi service provider. Thanks Genstar network for making me realize that i must just diconnect your connection completely!

No one Answers the call.. not a single query is answered.. office is just for time pass as most times they don't answer the call or their phone is switched off.. only time they answer call is during payment. Would have given negative review.. but ther eks no option.. pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our home Internet is frequently stopped working for last 15 days and due to the same Internet is not available for 4-5 hours daily (15 days) but unfortunately, Genstar is not able to identify and resolve this issue.
Not recommend using to use this ISP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ISPs, if your ISP is Genstar, God Save you when you need internet. My plight is same as others, this is the only ISP along with other bad ISPs. There are no rules or SLAs for services.
