★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and the behaviour and working of the receptionist Ria was really very bad
We wanted a club room and she gave some keys to a staff and when we saw those 'so called club rooms' we asked the staff that if it is club room
He said it is deluxe room then we went to reception and asked here why was she doing this but she was shamelessly defending hereself
She ttok 3200 as advance too when we went to room no 401 and we were rellived without electricity for 1.5 hrr.
We were shifted to another room
TOTAL WORST EXPERIENCE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rooms, clean linen, working TV and accessories, blind curtains, cooperative staff, ample parking space (own parking space) unlike other hotels where u reach and see that u still have to park on the road.
Detail
The rooms are good sized, linen, towel, toiletries etc were provided and everything was clean and maintained, TV was not working but immediately fixed, the staff was very courteous. However the kitchen was not working due to the pandemic, the bad part was that we had to go downstairs ourselves to bring the food to our room, no plates were provided. The shower was not working, but that didn't bother us much. Overall a good hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to know with strange policy of this hotel that visitors are not allowed in the room even if they are family members. When my brother came to visit as I was not in good health but hotel staff didn't allow him and didn't give him any option to visit me in my room. Without knowing who is he, hotel first mentioned that due to security reasons we don't allow. When I spoke with GM Uttam Sinha, he mentioned due to COVID we are not allowing and on the same call he admitted that after showing photo ID we can allow so basically they all were making excuses and made unexpected trouble in visiting my elder brother to me.
Again when I checked out and ask lady receptionist who were involved and created this trouble started arguing me on the same and repeatedly saying that we don't allow, we cannot allow due to security policy. She mentioned one new point that we don't allow any one in couple rooms, this is something ridiculous, this shows how is your thought process when a couple came into your hotel.
I request to this hotel management, as they mentioned on a notice board at reception that food from outside is not allowed, they must add this too that no visitors are allowed in the hotel/room
Worst experience which is not really appreciated!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed ln this hotel last weekend. I was very impressed with the room size, cleanliness, staff behavior. It has good parking and also is near commercial area. Food is not cheap but its available hygienically. I strongly recommend to travelers who have work in indirapuram or Ghaziabad or noida.

In BF very limited options available..
food is good ..price little bit higher...hats off to chef..
Rooms should be more cleaner...

Details
We booked 19 rooms for 2 days each. Let's say around 40-45 guests.
Rooms & housing staff
Rooms (club & delux) both were great with All the general necessary amenities.
The staff was very very good and coperative and were with us at each step.
Food
We had breakfast, lunch & high tea.
The food was awesome and was very well prepared. The kitchen staff i.e waiters( Govinda), manager ( Sunil) and chef ( name I forgot) were at their tips to fulfil our any wishes.
While booking we were helped by Mr Uttam Sinha, General Manager of the hotel. He made sure that the experience of stay was very great and was very flexible with our needs. We could see that he has great experience in this industry and was available for us all the time.
The experience was awesome and if you want to do any family function, you can trust them with your function.
I would give a 5 star rating and thank each and every person of hotel ( from bag handlers to General Manager) whose efforts added great experience of our stay
