★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No mental peace. Not at all stable. Packet loss, latency, congestion, prediction error you name it every error is there while you play any online game. Also if you want to enjoy Youtube buffering days go ahead and book them. 100 mbps connection dropping to 5 mbps Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it used to be good but since last year customer support has been pathetic. You have to call whole day to get your connection checked and the service personnel are reluctant to check and tells that router is not working properly.

I am facing with no internet connectivity since past 3days and these servicemen from customer care is so reluctant to neither address the issue or let know,when it can be fixed. Moreover it's been 3 days ,i have to make multiple calls,ticket raise on app yo plead them to fix it. And adding to their arrogance attitude they just close my ticket even without resolving it. I take zoom calls every evening for 4-5hours and without high speed wifi connection it is not possible, since there is poor data connectivity issue too.And now geonet wifi is just making it more worsen . Earlier,such issues used to take place atleqst once in a month but then they used to mitigate it within half a day atleast amd used to be responsive. But now they are asking for proper id ,correct phone nos. and all first,moreover eveb if i ask them to come and take all necessary details please,but quickly fix my wifi,still the problem keep on persisting. It is definitely too much headache.
