★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please whoever is reading it's my request not to take nextra service at any cost, even if they give it free don't take it, from last 2.5 months continuously complain them to refund my advance money but every time they give a new reason.
I paid 2.5k advances to get their internet service but they didn't come for activation of my service, then I refused to take their service and ask to get my money refund, what they tell it takes 15-20 days to get back ur money now it's 2.5 months still they are saying same.
You can read there reviews and judge them I don't have any personal grudges.
keep in mind before taking their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider . Their internet is down at least 7 days in a month . I have recharged one week ago but service not started yet . And also their customer service is not peeking call .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service deliverables. The call center no's don't work since the IVR will keep saying "we will get back to you". "pls hold the line...." when it connects their would be no response.. the services are down for more than 24 hours & their is no on to address the fault. i would not recommend NETRA BROADBAND Services to any of my circle from now since its services & client response is pathetic. i am struck now, now need to change my internet broadband service provider....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nextra broadband has worst service. You are not able to connect with customer care to raise your complain. To connect customer care you have to spent 5 hrs regular time.
Your complain number closed without your consent and without fix the issue. You will feel helpless if you have any issue with your broadband.
