★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really responsive with the service. Only problem was late communication. They serviced my laptop well even when it was out of warranty. They were reasonable with their service fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are reading this review, please DO NOT even consider them for repairing your precious laptop. These guys are quite literally the worst. I recently gave them my laptop (August 2018) for repairing a broken hinge and a cracked panel, and guess what, after taking about 2 weeks to get the job done, they damaged the battery and have the guts to say that the life of the battery finished. When I proceeded to restart the laptop, the password would not enter, because apparently even the keyboard went dead. The keyboard was literally working five minutes back, and when I asked for an explanation , the proceeded to give the same explanation that the life of your keyboard had finished. The laptop was barely 1 year 2 months old at this point. I was so mad at them at this point and felt like slapping the guy, but my mind got the better of me. I would humbly request you that if you really care for your laptop, never even think of trusting your precious machine with the people who do not even have a shred of conscience.
Edit: 9 months after the repair, the original problem of cracking of panel has resurfaced in the same spots. Possibly owing to the build quality of the panel. (Note- I have been meticulously taking care of the device and there is no possibility of the crack occuring due to mishandling)
