★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you pay for multi year AMC and extended warranty you expect professional service. Sadly this is just like any other local repair shop. They are just good for fluid topup, general checkup and car wash. Their competency ends there.
I had to wait for 6 months to let them order and install an ABS sensor.
ORVM indicator wasn't working so took them 3 months to order and receive a mirror assembly. It was received when I was out of station for 2 weeks and got installed on another car. Till date I haven't heard back from them.
Now the joke.. another Tata service centre identified it to be a minor wiring disconnection and rectified that issue in one hour.
Customer service executive Akshata is a polite lady but service manager Shaadab is worse than a road side mechanic. If you try and explain him issues in your vehicle his default reaction to every issue is "uska kuch nahi kar sakte". He did not acknowledge the steering tilt in my car citing "one out of every five Tata car has it". Just trying to avoid work probably because they have ro do it for zero charges since the car is under extended warranty.
Once you give them your car, don't expect any callback for updates. Be prepared to call yourself 3 or 4 times a day.
Because their pick up - drop driver Markandey is a time waster, I myself went to pickup the car when they told me the work is done. And then had to chase Shaadab for an hour in the workshop asking to release my car.
I have had enough of them and have already moved on to another Tata service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two months old Nexon met with small accident. I went to George automobiles for body work. I was really worried about the damage since it was a new car, but I met the manager Mr. Vasudev he was kind and explained me the process of repair work. I wanted car to be delivered soon due to family function, he ensured that work was done within 4 days as promised. I highly recommend the service center for all repair and servicing work. Thanks once again Mr. Vasudev, Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my very good experience with George service centre. My 9M old car got a dent and scratches while parking. I have checked with some of nearby service centre in Thane and George was one of them. I got contact number of Mr Vasudev from one of my WA group. I called him at night around 9 pm. He picked up call immediately and the response was so approachable and welcoming. He said Sir just bring your car to our service centre we will get the work done in 2 days.
Believe me next day I went there and the approach of the people including Mr Vasudev and his team was very great, they asked me if any other issues etc and immediately the car was taken on shop floor for work.
I got my car with work done on exactly the day Mr Vasudev committed. I think this is the new face of Tata Service. Special Thanks to Mr Vasudev, keep the good work ahead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a Tata Harrier. I used to visit other Tata service centres and was somehow never fully satisfied. On my father’s insistence I visited George auto and I must say this is one of the best tata service centre. Mr. Vasudev(Manager) treats your car like his own and guides you as well. I was personally very impressed by Mr. Vasudev’s professionalism. The attention to detail at George Auto is very superior.

Recently visited for battery drain issues even though there was delay in service later Mr Vasudev updated me about the issues with battery availability and with his continuous efforts he was able to get the new battery, delivered vehicle by correcting issue of sunroof.
Highly recommended for your car servicing.
