★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contract for supplying rotary furnace was finalized and down payment of USD12.5K was transferred to the bank account as per their Proforma invoice. Later, the company claimed that they didn’t receive the funds because their email got hacked, accordingly all communications and bank details were fake. The company refused to take any responsibility for the losses, with very unprofessional attitude.
