★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service of speedpost. First of all they dont receive the calls and they dont bother to deliver the items been sent through speedpost, eventhough the Items are lying with them for more than 4-5 days at Ghansoli branch (as per the online record updated by post office website system itself). Couple of times I needed to go and get the items by spending 3 times more than the speedpost charges on transport. Govt. Should take the necessary action and change the existing lazy staffs.

Very bad service experienced by our company with this post office. Please shut down your post office at the earliest. Staff is lazy to even deliver the documents received from International places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government should take some action against this post office.they are not doing their jobs properly which results into many important documents not delivered to respective person which results into lost of that documents permanently like original aadhar cards,voting cards,driving licences etc etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless service.. they deliver the package to any random person and dey declare as delivered.. when called the post office they do not respond to any calls.. I sent a speed post from belgaum to ghansoli and the postman delivered the parcel to whom I don't know but my friend hasn't received any parcel he hasn't called up on the mobile number given. He has just delivered it to random person.. now what should I do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, my letter last 15 days sent from kankvali to ghansoli, but till time not dilevered. I visited Ghansoli post office but officer not proper reply. They told we have not responsible for this. I told him where is my letter they told we don't know where is letter
