★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen such arrogant postmaster who would stand on the counter and scream on senior citizens when they asked for a separate pension queue. Ideally it is a rule by givemnemt to have a separate queue till 5th of every month for easy disbursment of pension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff. My mother is old and doesn’t keep well. Even after I have her sign they ask for her to come n make us stand for hours. Even today after 4 hours they sent us back. And they are so disgusting they know the post seniors won’t do anything so they r like go n complain we don’t care. This has been happening since 3 months now. We have to slog n pray for our own money never ever put money in this branch atleast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. The lady who collects the inland letter wants only 4 at a time even if it is stamped or not..She can attend 100 people x 4 cards each.. But cannot take 60 from one person..
If somebody wants to post wedding cards then she expects us to come daily with 4 cards by standing in the line for 45mins?. & The Person who has Stamps, doesn't even know what is available in the drawer? Typical laid back attitude of Government Job. Did not receive any proper guidance too..Highly NOT Recommended..They are not even worth for this 1 star?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the time, govt employees should work properly and provide services to general people. Post office supposed to start at 9am, so I came early and because of COVID-19, I thought let me come and go home early, and there will be less crowd. But now they are saying, office staff come at 10 or 10:30am, This is such a misuse of the situation. And the flexibility thatis being provided by govt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my updation of Adharcard , it is time taking process depends on you for which purpose u r there , for me it takes hardly 5-7 mintues.there is Lunch time between 2pm to 2:30 pm & after that the lady will start doing her work, all staff members are polite and helpful. U have to wait in que .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2min walking from railway station. Little old building but things are working good. Staff is little supportive but u will feel definitely atmosphere of Government office!
Overall it's ok, moderate experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good and sorted. Never crowded. Good staff. Just don't go during lunch time. Gets the work done in no time. You can get envelope here and glue are kept 24x7 . Parking space is there and near to the station. 2-4 mins walk from station. Sitting area is there and it's clean. A bit of an old school structure. Needs a facelift, but does its job effectively.
