★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post Office It falls in IIT Bombay. The staff talk to Discipline, their behavior is also correct. Here it was very clear, I went to update Aadhaar here, for the token here, 7 am has to line up in the morning, then you have to give time in the token, the same time you have to go for the update.A little mistake to staff people lie down to give tokens, they give it at 9:30 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to UID Addhar Center in India Post IIT Powai. Very Worst experience I get from this branch. The Service provided by their staff is partial. They Treat people very partially. They give preference to people who not followed discipline maintained by Post Office.They ignored me, as I Followed their rules. They are showing attitude of their post as Government Employee when I was explaining her my situation.
I am not giving one star also but this post can't be posted without star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here to send medicines Rajasthan, since bhandup post office refused to do so. The counter guy was helpful enough to guide on any query. The guy was agile in his work unlike typical employees. Got my parcel posted within few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic, where do I even start! From lack of proper timings to lack of cooperation, a visit to this post office was enough to tick all the boxes. Better to avoid the existence of this post office for any kind of parcels, posts. Quite ironic and sad that IITB students have to deal with all their elements of stupidity on a quite frequent basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ India Post branch at IIT Powai has 3 counters... One for Train Reservation, one for post related (speed post, registered post, parcel etc), one for India Post Bank.
Considering that there is only one counter for Post (the main business) you typically see long queues here. So whenever going for Post related stuff, do plan for like 45 mins or so.
Staff is also bit slow. When I visited this branch on Friday morning, experienced 1 hr wait for doing speed post. Also the man behind counter 2, was getting many calls (personal ones). He was answering all of them which further slowed down things!
Rating 3* as think this is normal affair at government offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual with any government office this one follows the tradition. Long queues with staff shortage makes the citizens experience frustrating. The staff will always talk in Marathi (local language). The process for opening an account , NSC, train tickets etc. Is very time consuming so better keep ample amount of spare time to get your work done. It's an old office and situated just next to the IIT market, ask for directions if you are unable to locate it. And it's definitely unnoticeable from the main road.
Whenever I have visited it's already in my mind that it will take about hour or so to get my work done.
Overall an usual government office.
