After long waiting my box arrived through different corrier service at the end hand over to indian post ,
They show their real face

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Govt. should look after the comment what people have. Please provide some trained employee to this branch. People here are very arogant. They don't even bother answering your query. They are busy but they only don't know for what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For AADHAAR you have to rush here at 7am and only 20 tokens will be given out after that they don't work on any AADHAR for the rest of the day...they have put written notice of this on gate and staff also says the same...is this rule made by AADHAAR or post office staff is it even legal for a densly populated area like Marol ?

2) He was calling and attending personal call.
3) When people asked him to get the process started, he replied with cunning smile: "I have enough work"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The infra of this post office has not changed since two decades! Marol has become so busy but this post office has failed to update itself to meet the changing demands. The que for postal services start from the building and goes till the road... always! It’s a regular sight.. and always there is only one counter open. Each time I come here I know I will be standing in the que for atleast one hour and I am right each time with my prediction!
The staff is very rude and insolent , because they clearly know that there are no consequences for their behaviour..
