I want to parcel my items which was gift wrapped the representative of post office was very rude & wanted me to open the full items which was packed, I requested to take my ID details if required same way other courier services did asked & tooked my ID details & my parcel got processed.
Hence I would suggest post office to improve their services & try to be polite with everyone.
