★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had any hassles here whenever I went to collect my packages which were not delivered because no one was home.
However, they need to improve their service because the slip the postman leaves to inform us that they missed us are left at the front door very carelessly and many times might get lost which we are not even aware of.
My mom has found the slip a few times near the stairs lying like someone has thrown bits of paper while cleaning their bags or wallets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy govt employees. They never pick calls. They don't do their jobs and is sitting only for bribes. The lady is horrible. She should be fired who call herself as a head . Govt should take action on govt employees else they will continue sleeping at office,not answering phone calls, exceeding lunch breaks etc.

No manners how to talk with people...
The person is called interviewer who select the type of person in post office should be take care in future...
Now the young postman in wagle IESO are very bad they do not have any manners they treat people like you know informal...
I asked for postman number they are not ready to give me .. they need money for giving mobile number and also postman asking for chai pani when they delivered the articles.
