★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited GDA for mutation and mortgage papers against my property. It was a quite good experience there, as I got my work done within 2 hours. Yes you guys read it right it's unbelievable I know it was possible due to less crowd nowadays. GDA employees behaved good and in a well mannered way. But there's no proper precaution majors applied there to cope up with the corona pandemic. One thing I didn't like about GDA is that you have to wait for around 1 month to get your thing done I mean don't they think it's too long to ask for. Otherwise it was okay there.

But their officials has nether support without giving the extra money
They want a bribe in every work either it's a small work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and clean office environment. But handing way is too old. Now new project form available from 12 Feb at Vijya bank navyug market for bapudham yojna and Sanjay Nagar also. Rate of application form is too high than past. 1100 for bapudham and 300 for Sanjay Nagar.
Work processing chain is too slow. As per by someone if you want to make it fast than find your proper way to make it fast.
