β β β β β I bought from them thinking they provide good service! But the service is nowhere near the mark.
1. The mechanics always forget to assemble properly. screws get loose here and there.
2. They lack the proper certification from the brand. They are basically random mechanics from any local garrage!
3. They lack authorized service center kind of behavior. Everytime after handover, they ask for a tip! I used to be a Honda customer, I never faced this kind of thing there!
4. The service center waiting area is still not up for use even though they are operational for so long!
5. Parts availibility is not good enough. The wait time is too much, I had to wait for an air filter for 2weeks!
