★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disappointing fact is when we booked a room through oyo costs 884 lower than their normal cost , they cancelled it and the security guard secretly asked for rs 100 n warned us not to tell anyone in the hotel then we got a room of 1500 that was too in a bad position on the roof. before giving rs 100 to the security guard he was not allowing us to enter the reception n asked us to keep that thing secret.. very bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although room was good. But the room service was lacking. And people were arguing. There was a computer in the room that did not work. And there was a kettle too. But it too didn't work. When I asked to replace it they started arguing that they will replace it the next day. But I have a habit of drinking warm water before sleeping and I was relying on the Kettle for that. Also other than giving a room to stay no other service was done properly. Still location is good. That locality is peaceful and charming and many shops and stores are nearby.

Hotel is very easy to find, located on the main road.
There's 24 hour security at the entrance and he was nice enough to carry my luggage till the room.
The hotel is on the 4th floor and there's a lift for convenience. Rooms were clean and nice, AC deluxe room has an attached balcony and mini fridge. There's also an electric kettle, tea bags and snacks in the room. Check in and check out was hassle free. Looking forward to my next visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience in this hotel. I booked this hotel and opted pay at hotel. When i made the payment they informed the invoice will be mailed by goibibo. When i asked goibibo they again contacted them and now he is now ready to give the invoice. I got two hours waited when my room key was unable to open. Please don't choose this hotel. when i asked personally he denied. but after i contacted he is now ready to send the invoice.
he should have given me when i made the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay Near Beleghata, Sealdah 10min by bus . East west North South all parts of Kolkata buses are available rooms are clean and hygienic. ?⚕️Staffs are adequate and cooperative. Location is also a plus point, at the Beleghata CIT more( besides Beleghata Main Post office). Food is bit expensive, as they don't have their own restaurant, they purchase it from some good restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous services. They did Not clean room after 3 pm if you are working late the they did not give you even tea after 11 pm. The manager is very rude and abusive. He will order you too that have breakfast till 10am. They did not even gave you proper breakfast. They give 4 worst piece of bread, a jam and tea and a banana. Banana is not mature. They did not give you proper services. They are goons. Never ever go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of the hotel is good, right on the main road so easy to find. Situated on the fourth floor but it has a lift. It provides free Wifi which is quite good. Clean rooms. Free toiletries are provided. They do not have their own restaurant but get food from a nearby eatery.. Staff behavior is good. Hassle free check in & check out. Overall pleasant experience. Good for solo as well as family travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff behavior was v.rude... at the arrival itself thy said that "you will have to vacate the room next day morning due to curfew" though our booking was for 2 days... 1st day thy dnt provide breakfast saying thr hotel was closed even though booking included breakfast... as thy had asked to vacate next morning... I booked another hotel for next day... wn I asked to refund for 2 day as we had already paid for 2nd days, thy refused and, allowed us to stay for 2nd day as thy wr not ready to refund. when we asked for cleaning the room on 2nd day thy refused saying thr cleaning staff was on leave...on 2nd day at 9 itself thy started banging the door and vacate soon though our time to vacate was till 11am.... never had such a horrible experience at any hotels....
