★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor oyo property I have ever checked in. Previously I was confident to travel due to oyo assurence and their services. However, after visiting this property my thinking changed. If possible oyo please remove this kind of property from oyo, if not possible all please remove jalan lake view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I booked one room via Oyo and called them to ask about the vaccination certificate if it was necessary. They told me to just relax and come. I called them several times. Then finally when I reached there, they asked for the certificate plus report. How am I supposed to know this?! Very rude behaviour. Clingy place..shabbyy!!! I will never recommend this. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel manager is a scammer and fraud. I booked the room atleast 1 month in advance and when I went to do checkin he refused to allocate room. He had done some bulk booking offline and did not even bother to inform me . It’s located on 3rd floor and very steep stairs. I will never recommend this room .
