Worst staff . Tries to fool customers .
Brought a lot of dresses, they tried to sold a defective one alone with it, when asked for a refund, gave Less amount and when confronted about it, blamed it on software and refuses to take responsibility. We got the right amount after visiting the store 5-6 times and calling them a hundred times. The collection is good. But overpriced. No point in buying from store that makes the customers helpless after sale .

Here goes my experience
I visited this shop nd thy said it's appointment based nd there's this guy called aman who asked us to come the other day nd gave us appointment at eve 6:30 for bridal collection
And I cancelled my tickt just fr ths appointment and when I went thre first thing he made us to wait for an hour inspite of appointment
Second thing he strted with saree nd it was around 8 ...then the staff was like it's closing time ...we can show u bridal collection only on Monday
So go there only if u want to waste ur time aswell as ur money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a time waste going there. The salesperson is very rude and has a adamant behaviour. Doesn't know how to talk. And has a lack of experience and very slow. I would never recommend someone to buy from there. It just has created a brand name bt the service overall is really really bad.

When you want to see, they insist you go out and see other works. Will not listen to what you want and will act as if their self confidence went down when you express you want to see something else.
