★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect to wait around 30-45 min after their opening time while they perform deep clean. Seems like it’s a norm around here. Change opening times and match with customer entrance time. We got in around 11:45 for their 11am opening time.

This was my first Visit to Surat, I came for my wedding shopping.. out of atleast 15 store's I visited, one was PANGHAT! the staff has immense attitude and not at all courteous compared to amazing service and welcome by other store's staff, first of all we were sent back the first time and asked to take an appointment, when we came back they showed us just 4 lehengas which were not even apt for a Bride.. I asked them to show more variety in a bit higher range, so the sales person said he doesnt have any more colection and they don't keep elite lehengas!! Total disappointment and waste of time.
