β β β β β No response calling for covid test report mutliple times but they are picking up the call and then cut it by saying your voice is not coming. Mannerless and unprofessional receptionists..Very bad service. Not recommended.

β β β β β Its been three days now and i have not receive my rt pcr report.
Initially they told me that they will give report in 24 hrs..And soon after the sample collection and payment they have started selling me the story.i have given sample on 21 and today its 24 there is no sign of wat is happening.

β β β β β Gian pathology is thΓ© worst pathology in kanpur. They delayed my fatherβs rt-pcr report by 4 days and the worst part are the doctors who donβt approve the reports.
Worst experience ever, will never look back to this pathology ever again.

β β β β β They are charging 1000 rs per sample and giving reciept of 900 rs only. Phone no. Mentioned on slip is not working. On portal report status is 900 rs pending but the sample collector person already took 1000 rs per sample. FAKE LABORATORY. Request govt. to take action.

β β β β β These people are fraud and I believe don't carry on test properly. They gave a RTPCR false negative report even though having all symptoms. Then I had to again invest money from another lab to reassert it and it came positive. Either they are trying to bring down positive reports on govt order or their lab work is below standard or they want patients to shell out more money for different tests. Pathetic and looting people at these times .

β β β β β They have charged 1000 rs on sample collection and gave receipt of Rs 700 only. Even they are most unprofessional lab worker.
They have given positive report while report is negative. Worst ever.. Please seal this pathology it can be harmful for public

β β β β β Everyone in the lab is really unprofessional, even the owner (dr. Arun gupta).
My mother is not well and they are not giving her test reports.
My doctor is waiting for reports. Owner said he would provide reports by a particular time. But he also didn't pick our calls. We tried his number hundred of times.
Their contact numbers on slip never work, their online platform doesn't seem to exist in this universe.
These people are ruining Kanpur's name.
They are totally ridiculous and unprofessional.

β β β β β Went there for health check up. Poor service and too time consuming. Went in the morning after making appointment still was asked to come after 3 PM for one test. They will make you go to some other place/center for USG that they have arrangement with. All services not available under one roof. The center did not seem professional at all. Never going there again.
