Staff needs to learn how to behave with patients.
Long waiting for no reason, staff works on its own sweet will. They feel that they are no less than the doctors themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment by fine Doctor and as per situation ICU available but some serious treatment is not available here due to lack of equipment as well experience Doctor. Over all if you have head related or spinal or related problem can be easily and good care here and also as per hospital cost of treatment is bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely shameful and disorganised scene. Even in the pandemic they are not even following covid protocols. No one is the reception was wearing masks. No social distancing. For Digital X-ray, they don't even provide or email the digial copy of Xray. How a person a supposed to show x-ray copy in case of Online Consultation with Doctor. They call it digital Xray. What a digital way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my HRCT chest test twice on 25 april and 30 april but did not provide CT score on asking they told did not show and ask your doctor. If all will explain doctor then what is about test.
No support fully 10000waste.

They will deny to test if you can't provide them money via cash, if you pay online they refuse to accept.
Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at this place . They are just robbing your hard earned money and taking advantage of patients. I have visited this place for bmd scan of my mother which usally costs me near about 2k at lko but due to some reasons i ws unable to go to lucknow this time so i have gone to ratan mri this time and it was a huge mistake. They have charged 5 k for the same test. Moreover they only except payment in cash.
You know what it means when someone only accpet cash mode of payment. Wort experience highly untrained staff. Utter negligence.
