★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 3 items. All shakes.. In which the Mocha shake(for my pregnant wife) I asked the serving person to change the flavor of the ice cream topping.. And his answer was blunt 'NO'.. Really??.. When asked for the reason he said nothing ..aftr repeatedly asked, He said it is extra charge for it.. OK.. OK .. That means if I can pay 410 rupees then that means I am worth not able to pay something extra for a change of flavor...????is that you GIANI without an "s" (GIANI's would have done for me) mean to me...??? Really disheartening.. Please have an attitude of customership.. Come on do you have the meaning for it ...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience I ordered it through swiggy, the quantity is too low it is less than 3 spoons altogether and they are charging a high price for it.
Never recommended
It's hard earned money of everybody. Please don't do such stuff with anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learnt a lesson. One should not visit Blue logo Giani's. Red is the best in terms of quality and portion. Purchased Nutty Buddy cones for 110/- each and it was hollow inside. What a stupid way or earning money.
Would never visit this shop again.
