★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream flavours are delicious and flavoursome. The brand is local and authentic. But the toppings and mixtures are not that great. The syrups are processed and full of sugar. They are very unhealthy. Moreover the cherries are frozen. They also replace pistachios and other buts for almonds. This has a massive effect on the quality of the dish.
Personally, I would recommend having just here ice creams with the cones which would be a great combination as the flavours are amazing and the cone is crunchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing I will say is that some of the best reputed brands like Giani's Ice Cream have completely dropped their quality and quantity.
1. I ate falooda from here today which was useless in quantity and quality. I think the staff here is dishonest with the customers.
2. Secondly, Akhilesh Singh Thakur of your store who sits in the billing counter, his behavior was not good. He was sitting inside in the air condition and even when I was standing outside in the heat, he was talking to me very strangely. Akhilesh Singh Thakur was not treating the customer well. Nor he was talking to the customer properly. This Akhilesh Singh Thakur didn't seem qualified to me. The way of talking and his erogance, you people do not have the ability to talk at all. Giani's Ice Cream should hire qualified staff in the store.
3. Thirdly, you should have the facility of online payment in the store. Nowadays some people pay by debit card and some people pay online. Akhilesh Singh Thakur, who was in the billing counter, talked to me in a strange way and told me that we do not have this facility here, you give me cash. When I made a lot of requests, then they took payment from me through U.P.I Paytm. But it is not right to harass the customer.
4. The fourth thing is that you are not allowing anyone to enter the store. You tell one thing that if the customer comes to the store then they should know whether the customer who is ordering from store is making it properly or not.
(This store will not run as long as there are staff like Akhilesh Singh Thakur.)
I do not want to eat from such restaurant, who do not treat there customers well and cheat in quality & quantity. Rest eat from where you want to eat. But this was my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing taste, chocolate caramel sundae was out of this world. Ticking taste buds even now. Car parking was not a problem here. Courteous staff and genuine rates. Great range of ice creams and sundaes and combos. Having ice cream in cold weather was a delight.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best part about this place, this is open till late at night, we went there around 1:30 and had the gajar halwa and the moong dal halwa along with the giani special. The tables outside were not clean and neither in good shape but nonetheless happy that you have a joint that serves you hot halwa that late at night.
