★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopkeeper is very rude. And this shop which is named “Gigabyte Inc.” does not have “Gigabyte” products which is hilarious.
I wouldn’t recommend going here just because the shopping experience will be horrible due to impolite shopkeeper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will take hell of a time to fix your laptop. If you need your job done quickly, go for different store. Their response is not effective.
->I have given my laptop to them on 08
(saturday) to fix the hinge.
-> They examined my laptop on Monday
-> They informed me the price on Tuesday.
-> They said they will give that by Wednesday evng.
-> They said to collect back my laptop on Thursday
because they can't repair it.
NOTE: every day, every time i called them twice or thrice to collect the information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude costumer service, not worth the money we pay. Stored billed me Rs295 just to say that hard disk on my laptop has gone bad. He even insisted on cash payment of Rs250. Not recommended for repair works.

Their service as always been very good. They are very friendly and offer the best suggestions and products as per our needs. All this at a reasonable cost.

1. Near zero analysis of your device details before hand
2. Random and vague quotes and service reason
3. Done have in house engineer ( told by owner himself )
4. few review states they sell counterfeit products and bad service

1 star rating Regarding service of my laptop. i had discussed entirely before visiting the shop in covid time. i had sent pictures of laptop model number and serial Number of laptop before hand and owner told price for service but part cost was higher and it was not genuine part. so i sourced the genuine part online was same cost. informed the owner about it. he agreed to get the service done. when i reached the store employee informed nearly the double service cost. when i spoke to owner, owner was arrogant and told i saw the product now and it costs nearly double the price. when i Questioned him since i had sent model number and serial number when he could just look up in google to see product spec why he could not inform before i visit the shop, he affirmed they don't have in house engineers they ship to some third party. when i questioned more about Quality and tech details "he threw my laptop on table tore the bill and asked me to leave". basically this shop has this habit to quote more price when you are in there door steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop owner Sangam will fool people if you don't know anything. He doesn't respect customers and is money minded. Go to SP road they will offer good service at cheaper cost. My 3 of my friends experienced same and be careful about this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really overwhelmed with their service nature towards sales. Was searching for outdated SSD's and RAM stick they had it in stocks and smooth conversation over WhatsApp ( social media ) made to go ahead.
Had tiny negotiation with added product, it was fun and they were cool to accept customer expectations during this period ( pandemic ).
Confirmed - paid - shipped safely. Packing photo attached. Will keep shopping, happy customer.
Edit: Received - opened - informed them that i received - fixed - ran a test with softwares - genuinely fast and copied my data - booted, Hola! Works super fast compared to early run with 5400RPM HDD.
