★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made a request on behalf of my son for a cheque book with cheque leaves containing the name of the account holder on 17th Nov 16 with a request to send the cheque book by registered post to residence address and debit the charges to the account holder. When I contacted the bank personally on 6th Dec 2016, I was asked to provide an application on their printed form providing the mobile No. for SMS alerts. The bank officials casually asked me to wait for another 2 weeks for a cheque book with account holder's name printed on the cheque leaves. No further explanation given. This is the effect of demonetisation and banks have enough money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont understand why they call themselves a nationalized bank when they cant keep up the standards of a nationalized bank . Poor service. Ive been requesting them for activation of net banking almost since 2 months no progress at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I have ever encountered with. No one is picking up the calls .. during any time of the day.. nor they are replying to any mails sent to branch’s mail ID.. for weeks.. can’t keep traveling to this branch for each and every thing.
They don’t have most of the facilities on their net banking as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Their staff has zero work ethics. Their lunch hour is from 2-2.30:pm. I arrived at 1.40 pm and I find no one on their seats because they are in the midst of celebrating birthday party of a staff - eating and feeding cake, chips and sweets while customers wait like idiots. Their birthday party gets over at 1.50. the inefficient staff washes hands and lazily walks upto their workstation by 1.55 . My work doesn't get over and I am told to wait till 2.30 pm . Manager claims that it was birthday of a daily worker who needs to leave at 1.30 , so he chose to make customers wait. He couldn't ask the bank employee to wait till 2 pm to celebrate her birthday.
No wonder this is the pathetic condition of our nationalized banks....soon they will all get bankrupt. Never experienced this in any private banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were Interactive and they were eager to respond to our problem. Also, they came up with solutions in a matter of time. Even if the employee isn't sure of a scheme, they immediately contacted the respective person and let us know the details right over there.
Had a great time interacting with them :)
