β β β β β Definitely they have improved from my initial experience with them 2 years ago. So upgrading them from previous 1 star to 4 star. Customer service is very responsive and tech calls are handled immediately. Minus 1star still because of the deposit refund issue with them earlier which is still pending

β β β β β Worst speed . Taken 100 mbps plan and speed comes 3mbps 7 mbps. Speed drops in every 2 mins. The device i download more they put speed cap i dont know that particular phone speed is capped to 8 mbps and other phone give as per plan speed. And device i use in 25k phone not old hardware that someone can say that your phone has problem. Iam totally done with this boradband service. Worst experience

β β β β β Using it from the last few days. Seems to be working fine in Victoria City, Zirakpur. Using 50 mbps plan and getting speed in between 45-50 mbps. Some minor speed issue but working fine so far. Thanks

β β β β β Below are the reason for which I have given 1 rating out of 5.
1. Very bad service of internet. I have a plan of 100 Mbps, however most of the time I get 30-40 Mbps, Sometime in Kbps as well.
2. Frequently Internet is disconnected. This happens almost 10-15 times a day. Complained many times, but no action has been taken.
3. Hopeless customer service.
4. The price that these people are charging is at par with other service providers like Airtel, Jio fibre. However due to the syndication of Gigantic fibre in my society they are not allowing other service providers to operate. Gundaa raaj!!!

Worst team in ISP business.
Engineers provide wrong names so that escalations do not reach them.
No accountability, no ownership, no updates. And they stop answering your calls.
I regret, picking you guys.

β β β β β Worst pick in the market. Their call back promise never happens. Team is not at all useful. I reached till 3rd level escalation, but still no response and they even don't care. They will stop answering your calls and never bother to even address your concern.
Worst customer experience. Professionalism is below the par level. Team, this is not acceptable and not at all tolerate able. I am frustrated. Wish this review reaches your team and concern person to understand how we feel about your incapability of service delivery.
