★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to give your kids some clothes which when they look back on they won't regret and thank the parent for making them look good when they were kids. Really good selection and amazing quality of fabric. The staff is very committed too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased clothes for my kid, from Gini n Jony outlet at Phoenix Market city Kurla. While purchasing it I was informed that I can exchange it at any outlet within 15 days. I confirmed the same with the customer care on the phone and the same information was passed. Sadly it was a terrible experience when I entered the store. The guy's welcomed me in with a smile(no masks on their face) still that did not matter. After telling them I wanted to exchange some clothes, their reaction changed. They least bothered. They called their Store Manager ( Ritesh) At first he straight denied about the exchange and said he can't give the same discount given at Phoenix. After telling him that I would raise the same with customer care he asked us to wait. He then exchanged 3 of the t-shirts and later said he wouldn't exchange the Trousers at same discount. He was very arrogant and was over his voice. On telling him pls talk politely he told us not to teach him to talk. I won't enter this place again and so will my friends and fam, this was my first n last experience. I trust someone from the Relationship team from Gini n Jony would look into this matter. The Store Managers name was Ritesh. He was that shameless to give off his name with arrogance, his actions spoke that he did not care of any outcome. Also to add he said that he would not get anything in the discount offerd from Gini and Jony, after telling him that this is the outlet of Gini n Jony ie could he say that he shunned. I expect the right authorities to kindly look into the same.
