Staff is good, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Overall good experience, lenses starting from 595. I would surely visit again, and must recommend it for perfect eye testing and frame selection.
The sales staff will guide you choosing right frame and lenses.

They had also made me believe that they help me if I face any issues with the product in the future. So my overall experience was fantastic.

I don’t really post feedback let alone criticisms. But I really want to put my experience across here. This is just to make everyone aware.
I went by the reviews on Google to Titan eye+ in this outlet.
To be honest my first time experience was really good earlier this year. I won’t deny that the staff is pleasant and welcoming and they will mentor you for the time you wish to choose the right frames and lens.
But this time I needed glasses within a constricted time frame and was sure this outlet would help. So I contacted them and was assured that the glasses would arrive within the week and that I would be updated accordingly. So I went ahead with going to the outlet being promised happily.
Unfortunately their system kept crashing thus failing to give them updates and me bearing the brunt of it. This update came to me only on a Friday even when I was promised the specs arrival the next day. I was very disappointed only because I was promised on a Monday that I’ll get the specs before Saturday but not updated about this at all. Still the system wasn’t working and I was told I’ll get the specs on the following Monday directly which was really of no use to me. I expressed my disappointment and requested for a refund which they agreed to.
But now there’s another issue that is a problem to me. I Google paid the amount but for the refund I have to send an image of a cancelled cheque. As a working person this is troublesome to me irrespective of what their process might be. If I had Google paid the amount I should get it the same way I believe.
Again I want to say that the staff is helpful but you can’t let your customers bear the brunt of your system failures. Finding a way through that is important.
