★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is good with wide range of choices. Staff is Friendly.
But only issue , Google shows time that it's open till 9.30. When I visited at 8.30pm they refused to accept customers saying that store will close in some time and I should come on next day.
If a store wants to do a good business, and customer is visiting them during store working hours, I think they should accept customers and not refuse him bluntly.

a year and worked great for me. Staff is also good here. Special mention : The tall girl with a pony tail, I dont know her name but she's been so kind and helpful everytime, appreciate her work!! Thanks Lenskart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sure many of us might have faced this.l, but this is happening for the third time with us. The shop denies entry post 8 pm, while the shop closes at 9. Does an entry denial call for a consumer complaint? Please refrain from visiting this shop. I cam down here with my mom who cant walk properly. Just FYI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of this outlet are very very very rude! They think as of they are running the world. Would highly recommend to prefer the other outlets of Lenskart instead of this one. I went to collect my order here, so there was a queue for the one who want to make a new purchase or who were there to inquire, but if you are here to collect then you can freely enter & collect your order & go. But the staff very rudely told that line mai rehna padega. I was trying to tell them ki i am here to collect my order still they were not ready to listen & they were continuously telling Line mai rehna padega. Then they understood that i am here to collect my order. So after 10 mins of discussion they understood & i was then given my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought clip-on frame from Lenskart, worst ever experience. While buying the frame the staff said it's 1 year warranty and also the company runs advt that it has 1 year warranty but it's fake for the following reasons-
1. I bought scratch free and on day 1 only I got scratch on my glasses so there promise is wrong product is not worthwhile.
2. I took the insurance also when I bought the spectacle
A. They said it covered scratches even he mentioned if broken or anything happens will be replaced to new glasses.
B. When I went to the store mentioning the issue they said scratch is not covered .
Further they said you will need to pay 50 percent for the replacement of the glasses which was not told by the staff while buying insurance instead he mentioned full will be covered.
Please be careful while buying from Lenskart don't trust the staff and if anything take it in writing insurance is on no use don't buy.
