It was for the first time that I booked my trip through Balaji Travels.Would say that overall co-ordination was excellent.The best part was that they booked stay with resorts as per our preference unlike other travels that force you to stay with the hotels that they have a tie up with. Proper hotel booking vouchers was provided.They are just a call away if you are stuck anywhere.You can trust them and just relax and have a wonderful holiday.

As usual ' Shree Balaji ' set our tour to *Hotel Bharat*, Mahabaleshwar,which was extremely very well by service, cleanliness of the room, the amenities of it & unbeaten fragrance and the taste of the variety of food. Not a single time the menu was repeated in our stay of 4 nights & 5 days. We don't carry too much of things where we have * Shree Balaji * with us. *****

I had taken tour for 4Nights & 5 Days to Singapore with Shree Balaji Holidays. it was my first international tour. Shree Balaji Holidays has managed our tour brilliantly. Hotel was excellent and food was delicious. Excellent Service at reasonable price. I will definitely prefer to go with "Shree Balaji Holidays" over any other tourist companies in Mumbai. On behalf of me & my family, I want to say "Thank you" for taking care of us during the entire tour. It was a wonderful experience in Singapore. We enjoyed every moment.

Unorganized unprofessional. We went to inquire about our Kashmir trip. The owner said nothing to worry you can travel except gondola is closed. When we reached Srinagar the hotel was horrible. We arrived at the hotel but the staff was not confident of our arrival. Me and my husband had to go to tourism department for our hassle free permit. Balaji should have organized this. No coordination at all. He gives a third party agent in Kashmir to do evrything. Even the driver told us me and my husband are courageous because whenever the cops would stop us we convinced them we both went to tourism department and got the permit. Please don’t go through balaji he may sound reasonable but horrible service. Please I recommend Thomas cook or kesari but no balaji In addition to your reply below ,Just to tell u I am not denying anything. Agent in Kashmir told me about the lockdown when we reached there. I hope u understand English.But before leaving from Mumbai Balaji should have taken all information from the agent. Balaji kept calling us for the payment. We kept asking him can we go is there any lockdown he said madam you both can go aramse no need to worry till the end he kept on telling us the same. Do not argue because Balaji did not inform us about any lockdown only when we reached there we got to know we have to apply for permit and all . It’s because of my husbands and my hard work that we both went to the tourism department and got our permit. The hotel at Srinagar Hote luxury heritage was absolutely hopeless. When we arrived the guy at the reception was so blank about our arrival. We had to yell to give us good food. Worst worst worst. I will never recommend anyone through you. I do not wish to reply anything further And talking about packed breakfast, yes they did give us packed breakfast because we had to leave at 6,30to travel. Hopeless customer service. They said for two people we cannot make breakfast so early. We were just two. Instead of keeping us happy they gave us rubbish packed vegetable cold sandwich with boiled eggs on the first day and second. How much we told them we want proper breakfast. Only the second day they gave us paratha. Again third day packed vegetable sandwich. Rubbish. Very upsetting. We have not paid to eat this. We have gone to gulmarg. Hotel was situated on the hill but one alone boy managed to give us the best food. My family wants to go next month but they will never come through you. I will inform people pay extra through other agents but never come through you. That’s all I wish to say. As a customer I know I have not lied about anything and I have nothing to deny. My husband called balaji from there coz he too was very upset. We went for our honeymoon but sadly we had to do all the talking and running about including the permit. Disgusting

We travelled to Kashmir in May 2021 (4th trip with Shree Balaji Holidays) just when lockdown rules were relaxing. To our joy, we experienced top-class service, promptness and over-the-board hospitality at all the hotels that Shree Balaji Holidays chose for us. Harshad bhai and his team are amazing experts and making the trip cost effective and yet help us make most memorable memories. Forget Thomas Cook, Kesari, Veena World or any other tour agencies, Shree Balaji Holidays knows it better than all of them. My 100% recommendation is for Shree Balaji Holidays! -Nitin Vasu

Well organized trip. Very comfortable. Good Hotel Clark, comfortable car, pleasant driver, knowledgeable guide, both very humble and respectful. The main tourist attraction is the cruise, particularly witnessing AARTI on board was like worshipping in heaven. Overall all entire trip was excellent

The staff was helpful and fulfilled all our needs. They were accomodating to our requests. We had a great time seeing all the attractions. Our driver was amazing who was there when we needed him and provided suggestions. I would highly recommend all groups and families to book their travels with them. We had a blast touring Rajasthan over the course of a week, and we were able to be worry free by traveling through Shree Balaji!

The recent experience with Taj Santa Cruz , Mumbai for 3nights -4Days was a very nice experience with Shree Balaji Holidays. The stay was upgraded subject to availability of the rooms, the smooth execution of booking and confirmation made our stay very relaxing. Shree Balaji Holidays has been dealing with good hotel deals and good properties across India and international destination , looking forward for booking more such deals with them.
