★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four stars because there is always room for improvement. The service is good, courteous and satisfactory, while booking and on trips too. What is promised is given. Sometimes more but never less. Selection of hotels is good. Everything is thoughtfully good. Rarely sometime something goes wrong but that's because of circumstances beyond control and can not be attributed to carelessness. The food, lunch, dinner is almost invariably Indian even on foreign trips. But that's because the guests desire. I often wonder why the tourist who wish to explore foreign land do not wish to explore the foreign cuisine? And that's when they quite often visit italian, chinese, mexican, lebanese, turkish etc eateries back in their hometowns. Anyways, Veena World can be trusted for good trips. I travelled Europe, Southeast Asia and domestic sectors with them. Satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Europe tour package for women only. Visa charges to be paid by us. They cannot give assurance of visa getting approved. Plus reimbursement is headache. You will not get entire amount. Plus it's your responsibility to get the refund and you will get partial amount after cancelation even though you are not Travelling. So beware of Veena

The best part is that they are now open on Sundays as well, so it's a big plus for working individuals. The office isn't a big one, but the wait for attention isn't long.
