★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Random people got in at random times to wake passangers up loudly and sell biscuits and water and leave the bus. This is a huge security risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D sleeper was big and spacious and even the attender and driver was very nice to talk... Will always love to travel through konkan. But only tng is please stop at proper toilets bcoz it's very difficult for females..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a last minute booking as my previous bus got cancelled. The bus was supposed to reach at 11am at mapusa and God knows which route was taken, i reached mapusa post 2pm. Had taken a single sleeper which was oddly narrow and no charging point. The bust took 5 halts and i missed half my day in Goa. Time mgmt is terrible. Utterly disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked ticket for 3pax from Mumbai- Goa and due to some change in plan had to cancel and book only for return travel..
They made the arrangements without charging any additional fees.. Good service.. And great experience.. Travel Date was 29th Mar 21

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was clean and they had sanitizer to use for all boarding the bus. Drivers are professional. Their Mumbai office is very cooperative. Redbus.com while booking the ticket didnt inform that covid test is necessary before hand. All the site said was passenger will require to under go Covid test once passenger reaches Goa. However Konkan travel apologies for Redbus and said they will reschedule ticket for any other day without extra cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very polite, especially the coordinator for getting on the bus. Busses also are quite clean. On time Hassel free journeys. Just the timing and the number of stops are a bit inconvenient.
