★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They simply believe in cheating customers....their service executive has no idea how to fix the prob....i visited multiple times, and had to follow up multiple times....once the payment is made ...now its your problem....they charged me for god knows what....their rates are high and service is very very poor.....DO NOT RECOMMEND.....WORST SERVICE CENTER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place. They made a hole in my car door and are denying that it was done by them. Name of the person Ajay Bhuvan.
I asked for proof that it was there before hand they have no proof except for a line on their piece of paper which can mean a scratch to the entire door damaged. My mistake was that i checked the hole after I took the delivery and not during the delivery. They are also not able to say 100% that the hope was there before hand or it came after their delivery.
The customer is not always right, but nor is the service provider. I still request the management to take necessary action and provide me the service i am due.
Truth shall prevail. Satymev jayate.
And I am writing this here itself if they have proof that during delivery my car was alright and it was my mistake then the way I have given them such a reply, I will revert it and give my written apologies as well.
The truthful customer shall not suffer due to any incompatancy of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. These people fool in the name of Maruti car servicing. My original throttle body, cng fuel injector, coil was replaced with defective product. They make complete fool of you once you give your car for repair. They will say yeh problem toh pehale se hoga, we didn't do anything.
Very Very bad maruti garage They kept my cng wagon r for 2 months but they didn't do trial on cng and during delivery I was told we don't do trial on CNG. They even blamed Maruti CNG car for vibrations in my car post delivery. Will never recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my car work was done my AC was not working as before giving it for servicing it was working perfectly. On reporting to the service center about the A c not workingreplies given by them wasunreasonable.reasons like gas must be leaking etc etc.One month before we had serviced our car. Our mistake was we did not check the Ac as after collecting the car from them we first wanted to fill Gas though we forgot there was petrol in the car.So pls check your car fully before collecting it as once taken its very easy for them to deny.
