★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my car (Verna Next gen)for general repairs. The car has a special compartment in the roof to keep the sunglasses. I mistakenly forgot to remove my sunglasses ( Rayban wayfarer) costing approx 7.5 - 8 K from there. I got the car home and the moment i realised abt the missing sunglasses i informed the concerned officials.. they only blamed me for not removing it..no support at all. As advised I removed all the stuff from the car, unfortunately i missed to check the sunglass compartment. But this doesn’t mean it should go missing.
I was later offered some free services equivalent to the cost of the glasses which were highly charged
1)Ac disinfection -3200
2) interior cleaning 4000 to match the amount. These services are not needed as the car is new. When i asked that i want to mention the incident to the higher ups i received a call saying we will give some freebie but if the issue goes to the higher up we cannot help u with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brand New i10 Nios Sports was taken to the service center for 1st service and they stole my Duracell car charger and type C wire, which I forgot in the glove box. Extremely disappointed with the action, expected more integrity from driver/ service center employee whoever steals customer property during service. You've lost my trust & my future service business.
PS: DONT CALL ME TO OFFER FREE USELESS SERVICE, I NEED MY CAR CHARGER & WIRE BACK ONLY.

Would definitely recommend this service center and also Prakash sir. Also since I'm from Bangalore and was unable to speak in Hindi or Marathi, it was great meeting Prakash sir who was able to talk in Kannada with me.
