After booking there was lot of confusions and change in timings created by the AIRLINE company with regard to flight departure timings and we were totally clueless as how to reach the airport with the horrible western line traffic. But thanks to Mr. Amol & team for being cool & patient and cooperating with us and finally ensuring to drop us in spite of the confusions and wrong timings given by airline company. It all started with a hunt for a good car rental and came across in Google by the name Samarth Travels and brilliant hospitality of allowing to come over and see the vehicle and then had my booking confirmed. I was looking for Innova Crysta and I got it as desired with a clean car and nice spacing and along with it an understanding driver “Santosh” who was ideally treating us like a home driver of mine. I had taken the vehicle for a trip to Lonavla and it was amazing to explore in the white Innova Crysta. Infact after coming back I hired it for few days more for a local Mumbai tour also with my family and relatives to ensure we all had an amazing fun time and Mr. Amol managed it absolutely well with no hiccups or any concerns. Driver was there much in time and tension free we were moving around in Mumbai or even in Lonavla.
Good luxurious & clean cars, I truly recommend “Samarth Travels” and me for sure “Me & my family” will be using them and their cars, specially the “White Innova Crysta” for any leisure trips where I don’t feel like driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently went on day trip from Mumbai to Shirdi with Amul. He was prompt to receive me at the agreed time which was early morning at 5.45am. Hired Innova Crystan which was in good condition and my first time with this upgraded model from Toyota. Amul was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to travel with and understood the customer requirements. All in all it was a very good experience and would recommend Samarth travels to anyone wanting to hire a car, it was my first time with the company and paid 10k.I have traveled and done very long distance with Innova older version across India and found the seat cushioning on the new model to be stiff. Also for older senior citizens it is difficult to get into the car.
